The Arbutus Garden Suite is an 850 sq/ft (79m2) three bedroom one level suite that was completely renovated in 2014. Everything is brand new, stylish and modern. The suite is light and airy with high ceilings and can comfortably sleep 6 people in three bedrooms. For larger parties there is a sofa bed in the living room for a maximum of 8 guests. It has it’s own separate entrance directly on to Dunbar Street with it’s own address and easy access to street parking. The suite is fully furnished with a completely equipped kitchen and lovely gas fireplace in the living and dining area.
